Once I make my reservation, will I receive tickets for my tour?
You will have confirmation of your reservation on the screen at the end of the payment process and confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address, and you are given a booking reference number. You can print this and show it to the guide (not obligatory as the guide will have a list of tour members, but its your proof of purchase).
Which payment cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards online. Also many debit cards but only from Spanish banks.
Will my tour be cancelled if there are not enough people?
No, departure is guaranteed, the tour will go even if there is only one of you, and we will be delighted to show you Barcelona.
Will my tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?
No, departure is guaranteed and our Mediterranean climate ensures over 300 sunny days a year.
What kind of vehicles are used for the tours?
We only use luxury, spacious, motorcoaches, maximum 40 passengers, on all our tours and each coach is equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats and a high quality sound system. The large picture windows are perfect for sightseeing.
Are the coaches adapted for wheelchairs?
At the moment we do not dispose of an adapted coach for disabled persons but we can carry your wheelchair if you have limited mobility (can get on and off the bus).
Is the whole tour given only in English?
All our Daily Sightseeing Tours are given only in English to avoid the confusion of everything being repeated several times in different languages. We are the only operator that offers regular tours only in English with a guide.
For private groups we can arrange these same tours in your own language, please contact us.
What should I wear on my tour? Special items to bring?
Sunglasses, comfortable shoes and your camera are the main items to bring.
June-September, dress for warm weather and protection from the sun.
December-February it can be chilly and the rest of the year is mild.
If I lose something on the tour how can I get it back?
Any items we find on our coaches are taken to our office at Via Laietana 54. Please call our office for any lost items.
Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date or if I am unable to go on the tour?
Changing your date is not a problem if there are places available on your preferred date but there is a surcharge of 12,00€ per reservation for the procedure. Cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.
I need an official invoice, can I have one?
Just send us an e-mail with your full address, post/zip code and city and we will send it to you straight away.
How early should we reserve our tours?
We recommend you to book your tour as early as possible to ensure the dates and times you would like. Places are limited.
What happens if I lose my confirmation printout?
There is no problem at all! Show the guide your booking reference, passport or identity card before departure to confirm your reservation of the tour.

Barcelona Guide Bureau (www.bgb.es) has been offering the highest quality private tours in Barcelona since 1990. We have decided to start regular, daily tours in spring 2008, to extend our expertise to individual visitors and small parties.
