FCBarcelona Stadium and Museum: guided tour (Football Ground, Changing Rooms, Press Room, Museum, Trophies, etc): Camp Nou – the New Ground – was built between 1952 and 1957 when the old ground in Les Corts (60,000 capacity) became too small. Current capacity is 98,787, the largest stadium in Europe and 3rd largest in the world, but before the standing areas were banned by UEFA its capacity was 120,000. UEFA awarded the stadium 5-star status for its services and facilities. We’ll visit the changing rooms of the visiting teams, the bench, the chapel, the pressroom and interview set, and the press boxes. Then we’ll visit the museum, most visited museum in Catalunya, with the trophies of over 100 years of competition, photos, videos, and the Pablo Ornaque collection of football curiosities and antiques. Finally, you will have free time to spend as you please, in the museum or to visit the giant official store of FCBarcelona products. Note: The club reserves the right to close some areas of the stadium when needed.
