This activity is provided by This is Med. This is their cancellation policy:

• 100% refund up to 30 days before the event.
• 50% refund between 15 and 30 days before the day of the event.
• 25% refund with between 2 and 15 days before.
• There is no refund if the cancellation is less than 2 days before the event. Under no circumstances are cancellations accepted once the service has started.

Cancellation due to weather conditions:

In the event that This is MED is forced to suspend a tour due to any factor beyond its control (bad weather, security or breakdown), the company will offer another date that can be adapted to the customer’s availability. If this is not possible, the entire payment will be refunded.
