Panoramic E-bike Tour

Overview:

With this visit you will enjoy 3 hours of electric bike tour with a walk through the mountains and the sea. Do not worry about electric bicycles! They are easy to use and will allow you to travel the city effortlessly. In our adventure we will take you to the top places to visit in Barcelona: Montjuïc Olympic Stadium – Port Vell – Barceloneta Beach – Olympic Village and Ciutadella Park.

What will I see?

Montjuïc area (the green lung of Barcelona):

It is next to the sea, but there is a varied and lush vegetation that looks like a kind of ‘enchanted forest’. This area regained importance after the construction of all the facilities for the Olympic Games, in 1992. You will find surprises in every corner (museums, parks, monuments). And most importantly: stunning views of the city, if you look north, south, east or west.

Montjuïc is famous for its museums, such as the Miró Foundation, the Museu d’Arqueologia or the National Museum of Art of Catalonia-MNAC. But you will also discover architectural gems such as the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion (German pavilion at the International Exhibition of 1929) or the old textile factory of Casaramona (a Catalan modernist building, designed by Puig i Cadafalch that now houses CaixaForum). You will see the facilities of the 1992 Olympic Games: the Olympic Ring, the main site of the Olympic Games, presents the stadium, the Estadi Lluís Companys, the sports hall of Arata Izosaki, the Palau Sant Jordi and the telecommunications tower designed by Santiago Calatrava. The Magic Fountain and the Poble Espanyol, with its “artisan town”, are other places of interest in Montjuïc that you cannot miss.

The seafront: Port Vell and Barceloneta:

The tour will continue to the Barceloneta and Port Vell area, where you will enjoy the sea breeze and discover all the bustling beach environment that this city has to offer. You will continue to the Ciutadella Park and from there you will finish the tour until you reach one of the main points of interest in Barcelona, ​​the Gothic Cathedral of Santa María del Mar.
