Which payment cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards online. We also accept many debit cards but only from Spanish banks.
Once I make my reservation, when will I receive the tickets for my tour?
You will have your reservation confirmed on the screen at the end of the payment process and be given a booking reference number. We will also send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail adress. Please print it out
What is your cancellation policy?
Each activity has its own cancellation policy, depending on the supplier. You will find the cancellation policy on the description of the activity.
